4. Terms for Buyers

5.3 Commissions & Payments

• Snoutfolio retains a percentage-based commission from each sale (as specified in your Seller Dashboard).

• Payouts are issued monthly, subject to a minimum payout threshold and successful identity verification.

5.4 Seller Conduct

• Sellers may not post illegal, offensive, or infringing content.

• Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Intellectual Property

• All Content remains the property of the original creator unless transferred by written agreement.

• By uploading Content, Sellers grant Snoutfolio a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and promote the work.

7. Limitation of Liability

Snoutfolio is not liable for:

• User-generated content.

• Loss or damages resulting from platform outages.

• Unauthorized access to user accounts.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account that violates these Terms without prior notice.
