Snoutfolio.com provides instant access to digital products (images, illustrations, and designs) intended for creative and commercial use. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds and returns are only granted in specific circumstances, as outlined below.

2. Digital Product Refund Eligibility

Under UK and EU law (e.g. Consumer Contracts Regulations), consumers are generally not entitled to refunds for digital downloads once the download has begun or access has been granted—unless the product is faulty or not as described.

Snoutfolio may issue refunds in the following circumstances:

• File corruption or technical issues rendering the file unusable.

• Duplicate purchase of the same product by the same user in error.

• Incorrect or misleading listing that materially differs from the delivered product.

• Failed delivery of the product (e.g. download link not functioning after payment).

3. Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be granted under these conditions:

• Change of mind or personal dissatisfaction with design/style.

• Inability to use the file due to software incompatibility (unless clearly stated in listing).

• Issues arising from user error (e.g. accidental deletion, not reading product details).

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Refund Method

• Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for funds to reflect in your account.

6. Sellers’ Responsibilities

Sellers must ensure:

• Accurate, high-quality product listings.

• Files uploaded are fully functional and match the description and preview.

• Prompt responses to buyer issues when contacted by support.

Sellers who fail to meet platform standards may face penalties or suspension.

7. Platform Discretion

Snoutfolio reserves the right to approve or deny any refund based on the specific facts of the case, and in alignment with consumer protection laws. Final decisions are made at Snoutfolio’ssole discretion.
